While we are unable to offer refunds, we’re happy to provide an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

 

**Exchange Eligibility:**
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.

 

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Gift cards and treatments
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or used for reasons not related to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

**Exchange Process (if applicable):**  
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Omnilux mask warranty concerns must be made directly with manufacturer.
