At Emerge Wellness MD, we value your time and are committed to providing excellent service. To ensure efficient scheduling, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

**Notice Requirement:** Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
**How to Cancel:** Call 778-628-6568 (leave a voicemail if our team is unavailable) or email [doctorkkteam@gmail.com 
**Late Cancellation Fee:** A $100 fee will apply if less than 48 hours' notice is given.
**Repeated Cancellations:** Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling.
